Tiap tahun tanaman tomat memiliki penurunan produksi yang diakibatkan oleh banyak hal, salah satunya adalah serangan <em>Fusarium oxysporum</em>. Salah satu cara untuk mengendalikan penyakit <em>F. oxysporum </em>adalah dengan penggunaan agen pengendali hayati, yaitu <em>Beauveria bassiana</em>. Selain dapat meningkatkan ketahanan tanaman dari serangan organisme pengganggu, <em>B. bassiana </em>juga memacu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan waktu pemberian <em>B. bassiana</em> yang efektif dalam mengatasi serangan layu tanaman tomat. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan RAL. Pengujian <em>B. bassiana </em>dilakukan pada 3 dan 7 hari sebelum tanam, 3 dan 7 hari sesudah tanam, dan saat tanam. Data diuji menggunakan <em>ANOVA</em> dan <em>Duncan</em> 5%. Hasil menunjukkan <em>B. bassiana </em>telah memenuhi standar mutu sebagai agen pengendali hayati sesuai Keputusan Menteri Pertanian No. 70/Permentan/SR.140/19/2011 serta telah sesuai SNI 8027.1: 2014. Seluruh perlakuan pemberian <em>B. bassiana </em>mampu menekan kelayuan patogen hingga 0,4 %, <em>B. bassiana</em> juga berpengaruh pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, jumlah daun, panjang akar, panjang daun, bobot kering dan basah tanaman. Botrytis L.) on inceptisol soil. The research was carried out in March 2023 – August 2023 in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province. The research used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 6 treatment levels of cow urine POC doses, namely: 0; 15; 30; 45; 60; and 75 ml L<sup>-1</sup> water. The results showed that administration of various doses of POC cow urine had a significant effect on the growth and yield of flowering cabbage in inceptisol soil. Remitana mooylenny@gmail.comTheresia Ginting mooylenny@gmail.com<p>The growth and produce of red lettuce are influenced by plant growth factors such as the availability of nutrients and water content in planting medium. This study aims to determine the growth and produce of red lettuce by using liquid organic fertilizer and watering intervals. This research employed Randomized Block Design (RBD) Factorial consisting of 12 combinations of treatments and 3 replications with the first factor tested was liquid organic fertilizer consisting of 4 levels namely: without organic liquid fertilizer; Liquid organic fertilizer from tofu pulp; liquid organic from chicken manure; and liquid organic fertilizer from <em>lamtoro</em> leaf. The second factor was the interval of watering: interval 1, 2, and 3 days. The parameters observed were plant height, leaf chlorophyll, wet weight, and dry weight. The results showed that the organic fertilizer treatment of tofu dregs gave the best result of plant height at 2 weeks after planting (WAP) (14.71 cm), 3 WAP (18.19 cm), 4 WAP (23.11 cm), leaf chlorophyll (21.89 mg l<sup>-1</sup>), wet weight (0.175 g), and dry weight (0.037 g). The treatment of once a day watering interval gave the best result of plant height 2 WAP (15.04 cm), 3 WAP (18.73 cm), 4 WAP (24.17 cm), leaf chlorophyll (20.68 mg l<sup>-1</sup>), Wet weight (0.183 g), dry weight (0.0038 g), while watering interval once every 3 days gave the highest water efficiency (0.026), and the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer of tofu and once a day watering interval gave the highest wet weight (0.189 g).</p>2024-10-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 AgriPeathttps://e-journal.upr.ac.id/index.php/Agp/article/view/15591UJI BERBAGAI JENIS BAHAN MATRICONDITIONING TERHADAP VIABILITAS DAN VIGOR BENIH PADI (ORYZA SATIVA L.) The research was carried out in April – June 2024 at the Agroecotechnology Integrated Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, ULM. The research used a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD), namely treatment type matriconditioning consisting of: m0: control (water); m1: Husk charcoal; m2: Rubbing ash; m3: Sawdust; m4: Charcoal husk & Ash (1:1); m5: Husk charcoal & sawdust (1:1); m6: Crushed ash & Sawdust (1 : 1) and m7: Husk charcoal & Crushed ash & Sawdust (1:1:1). The results of the research showed that the treatment had no real effect on the maximum growth potential of the seeds, but had a significant effect on the germination capacity, simultaneous growth and growth speed of the rice seeds of the Inpari 32 variety. Produksi yang besar ternyata belum cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, petani mulai melakukan ekstensifikasi dengan memanfaatkan lahan-lahan sup optimal. Salah satu lahan sup optimal yang bisa dikembangkan adalah tanah Tanah Podsolik Merah Kuning (PMK). Kotoran ayam merupakan salah satu bahan organik yang berpengaruh terhadap sifat fisik, kimia dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kotoran ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis pada tanah PMK dan untuk mengetahui Pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran ayam manakah yang berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis ditanah PMK. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2024 berlokasi di demplot SMK keling kumang. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu benih jagung manis, pupuk kotoran ayam, tanah PMK. Alat yang digunakan cangkul, alat pelobang tanah, polybag, grobak angkong, alat tulis, kertas, pengaris, alat ukur ph dan laptop. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari satu faktor perlakuan,yaitu dosis pupuk kotoran ayam yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut : A<sub>0</sub> : Kontrol, A<sub>1</sub> : Pupuk kotoran ayam 5 Ton/Ha, A<sub>2</sub> : Pupuk kotoran ayam 10 Ton/Ha, A<sub>3</sub> : Pupuk kotoran ayam 15 Ton/Ha, A<sub>4</sub> : Pupuk kotoran ayam 20 Ton/Ha. Variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman, berat tongkol dengan kelobot, berat tongkol tanpa kelobot, Panjang tongkol dan diameter tongkol. This research aims to determine the response of land kale plants to the application of doses of chicken manure fertilizer and husk charcoal biochar on acid soil media. The study used a randomized block design (RCBD) with 2 factors. Chicken manure as the first factor with dosage levels, namely 0 t ha<sup>-1</sup>, 20 t ha<sup>-1</sup>, 40 t ha<sup>-1</sup>, and 60 t ha<sup>-1</sup>. The dosage of husk charcoal biochar as factor 2 is 0 t ha<sup>-1</sup>, 15 t ha<sup>-1</sup>, and 30 t ha<sup>-1</sup>. The results of the research showed that the treatment of chicken manure fertilizer with husk charcoal biochar had a very significantly different effect on the parameters of plant height and number of leaves at 21 and 28 DAP.
