This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the risk factors for preeclampsia, such as old age, obesity, and a history of hypertension in pregnant women with the incidence of preeclampsia at Mojowarno Christian Hospital in 2020. This research was included in an observational analytic study with a case control study design based on medical record data at Mojowarno Christian Hospital in 2020 which was processed using the Chi Square statistical test method. The total sample of the study was 38 people with 19 people in each group. The results of this study indicate that a history of hypertension (p=0.005; OR=9.444) and body mass index >29 (p=0.027; OR=6.182) are risk factors for preeclampsia, while maternal age >35 years is not a risk factor for preeclampsia, because the results showed that maternal age >35 years was more common in pregnancies without preeclampsia than preeclampsia. Thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between risk factors for history of hypertension and BMI > 29 and the incidence of preeclampsia and there is no relationship between risk factors for maternal age > 35 years and the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at Mojowarno Christian Hospital in 2020.
2024-03-12T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 Jurnal Kedokteran Universitas Palangka Raya https://e-journal.upr.ac.id/index.php/JK/article/view/11039 Identifikasi larva nyamuk di Desa Lawang Uru Kabupaten Pulang Pisau 2023-10-12T18:19:10+00:00 Indria Augustina indria@med.upr.ac.id Didin Retno Endah Palupi indria@med.upr.ac.id
. In tropical nations like Indonesia, mosquitoes serve as carriers of viruses and parasites that can infect humans. Anemia can cause disruption of oxygen supply, without sufficient oxygen supply brain cells cannot develop and carry out optimal activities, which can thwart cognitive function in teenager.. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and the cognitive function of junior high school students. This cross sectional research was done at SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya in October 2023 with 156 subjects sample of size. It is found the average Hb level is 12.8 with 1.4 standard deviation. The method used in this research was analytic observational study with cross sectional design. The subjects in this study were COPD patients at the Pulmonary Polyclinic of UNS Hospital in February-March who had fulfil the criterias. The sampling technique of this research was purposive sampling. Data were collected using the mMRC questionnaire, SGRQ-C questionnaire, and spirometry data from medical records. The obtained data were analyzed with the Spearman correlation test. Spearman correlation test for 37 respondents obtained a p-value of 0,001 and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0,527 for the dyspnea scale and quality of life variable, which means that both variables are significant and moderately correlated. As for the airflow limitation severity and quality of life variable, the p-value is 0,000 and the correlation coefficient (r) is 0,808, which means that the two variables are significant and very strongly correlated.
