BP located in Tumbang Olong I Village, Uut Murung District, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. DT operators at PT. BP are involved in hauling work with a distance of approximately 140 km from stockpile to port. The hauling which takes approximately 6 hours is carried out with a certain trip system and speed limit. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, this study identified fatigue risk factors including work duration, work shift, rest time, workload, work environment, physical condition, sleep time, stress, and food/drink consumption patterns. Primary data (age, length of service, education, and questionnaire) were combined with secondary data (location map and delivery area, regional geological map, local geological map of IUP research area). Fatigue risk was measured through the SNI ISO 31000 standard, with risk mapping using a 5x5 risk matrix. The results of the study showed that fatigue factors consist of work and non-work factors, with four categories of risk levels: low (workload), medium (sleep time, physical condition), high (rest time, work shift, work environment, stress), and very high (work duration, food/drink). Satria Alam Manunggal is a problem that often occurs, this certainly disrupts the company's work cycle. For the planned Overburden Production Target at PT. Satria Alam Manunggal in June 2023 is 287,276 bcm while for coal it is 45,665 tons. However, in research carried out in that month, overburden and coal production was not achieved due to several factors, including the influence of rain, narrow fronts, and also the compatibility factor of loading and digging equipment with transport equipment. From the results of research conducted in June 2023 at PT. Satria Alam Manunggal obtained a tool compatibility calculation result of &lt;1, meaning that the excavator loading tool only worked less than 100%, causing waiting time for the excavator loading tool, in this case it was one of the factors that caused production to not be achieved. In order to overcome these problems, the Company must make efforts to optimize the performance of mechanical equipment. Hotels are a supporter of the economy and tourism in increasing economic and tourism growth in the City of Palangka Raya. Hotels are lodging facilities that provide accommodation, food and additional services to guests visiting Palangka Raya City. The aim of designing the hotel is to utilize building technology that applies the concept of green architecture. Design methods using qualitative methods are explored from comparative study analysis and precedent analysis. The comparative study uses a hotel function approach based on observing building objects with the same function to determine the type of hotel, types of rooms offered, circulation arrangements, utility networks and hotel facilities. Analysis of precedent studies using a green architecture approach through site analysis, circulation, analysis of renewable energy needs, shape and building appearance. The results of the Green Architecture plan in this Hotel building are implemented by utilizing reprocessed rainwater for user needs and watering plants, utilizing sunlight for natural lighting and storing thermal energy using solar panels to save energy, providing natural ventilation to obtain optimal space ventilation, also the application of a roof garden as a garden and to shade the space of a multi-story building. The development of water-powered energy is one alternative solution for the sustainability of life on earth. The Savonius Hydrokinetic Turbine is a type of hydroelectric power plant that can convert kinetic energy into electrical energy. River currents as a renewable energy source can rotate the turbine and convert it into electricity through a generator. This study aims to determine the effect of a 180˚ twist change on the Savonius Tornado Helical Hydrokinetic Turbine with a variation of the lower end plate smaller than the upper end plate. The research method was carried out by testing 4 turbine variations, namely the Savonius Hydrokinetic Turbine and the Savonius Tornado Helical Hydrokinetic Turbine D / 2, 3D / 4 and 4D / 4, where D is the diameter of the turbine end plate. The testing process was carried out in an open prismatic channel with variations in flow speed of 0.331 m / s, 0.396 m / s and 0.486 m / s. The results of the study showed that the Savonius Hydrokinetic Turbine produced a Cp (Coefficient of power) value of 0.114 - 0.226 and a TSR (Tip Speed ​​Ratio) of 1.550 - 1.775. The performance of the Savonius Tornado Helical Hydrokinetic Turbine with end plate D / 2 was significantly higher than the Savonius Hydrokinetic Turbine, with an increase in Cp value of 11% and TSR of 12.6%. The Savonius Tornado Helical Hydrokinetic Turbine with end plate 3D / 4 increased the Cp and TSR values ​​by 6.6% and 10%. Raw water in Palangka Raya City is still influenced by peat water which has a low pH, while river water has quite high turbidity due to sedimentation. For residential areas that are far from the reach of PDAM, it will be difficult to get clean water and there is no fast technology to handle the decrease in acidity. An alternative innovation that can be used by people who are far from the reach of PDAM is to use appropriate technology tools for wasp nest water purifiers. The purpose of the study was to obtain a comparison of water treatment results from several variations of non-natural filter media in wasp nest water purifiers against pH and TDS. The method used in this experimental test was to test short, medium, and high wasp nest water purifiers with a filtration hole size of 0.25 cm and a distance between holes of 0.5 cm. The volume of non-natural filter media in various sizes of wasp nest water purifiers was conditioned the same in each experiment. The filtration process uses 4 pumps with a pump discharge of 45 l/minute each. The results obtained indicate that the filtration type water purifier functions well and is able to increase pH. Therefore, the main (primary) drainage channels have the potential to affect water quality in the Sebangau River. This study aims to determine the contribution of pollutants from drainage channels. The location of this study is in the Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan Province, precisely in one of the primary drainage channels with a total length of drainage channels with a distance of ± 3.6 km to the Sebangau River outlet located on Jl.Tampung Penyang. To obtain the flow rate in the drainage channel, the water velocity and water level are measured in each rai to obtain the cross-sectional area of ​​the channel, then the water discharge is calculated by multiplying the velocity and cross-sectional area of ​​the channel. Water quality is analyzed in the laboratory based on several predetermined parameters such as acidity level (pH), TSS, ammonia, detergent, BOD, COD, oil and fat, and after all data is collected, Anova statistical analysis is carried out to determine the relationship between water level and each parameter. The results obtained indicate that fluctuations in water levels in the main drainage channel, in the middle, affect the parameters of detergent pollutants only, indicated by the value of R<sup>2</sup> = 0.593 (moderate), and the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.770 indicating that the relationship between fluctuations in water levels and detergent parameters has a strong correlation. However, for several other pollutant parameters observed, namely pH correlation coefficient (r) = - 0.590 (fairly correlated), TSS correlation coefficient (r) = - 0.500 (fairly correlated), ammonia correlation coefficient (r) = - 0.889 (fairly correlated), BOD correlation coefficient (r) = 0.041 (very weakly correlated), COD correlation coefficient (r) = - 0.250 (weakly correlated), oil and fat correlation coefficient (r) = 0.400 (fairly correlated). One of the impacts of blasting is flying rocks (flyrock). At the quarry and crusher locations at CV Kalimantan Makmur, they are close together, and sometimes geometric mismatches or excessive explosives cause excessive flyrock throwing and the direction of the flyrock is not in accordance with estimates. For this reason, a prediction model for the throw distance is needed that is close to the actual distance to optimize the geometry to increase safety from the impact of blasting. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection uses direct measurement methods, tracker software, and theories. The study obtained the results of 8 actual field observations of the flyrock distance, one of which reached 311 meters, and other observations at a distance of 40-60 meters. From the evaluation results, it was due to excessive explosive filling in one of the holes. While based on the flyrock tracker software, the furthest is 63.03 meters, and the other is 40-70 meters, the percentage difference is -9.98%, almost close to the actual. Predictions according to Richard &amp; Moore obtained 140.37 meters of face busting, 92.63 meters of cratering, and 64.2 meters of rifling. The percentage is close to the actual face bursting, it is recommended to pay attention to the burden distance to reduce the distance of the flyrock throw. While the prediction of parabolic motion, the furthest distance is 92.63 meters, approaching a quarter of the actual flyrock distance.
