Selain itu, Agrienvi sebagai unsur yang mendukung implementasi salah satu komponen tri dharma perguruan tinggi. <strong>Journal ini sudah terakreditasi sinta 5 di ARJUNA RISTEKDIKTI. </strong>Secara berkala Agrienvi diterbitkan setahun 2 (dua) kali yaitu di bulan Juni dan Desember. This research will be carried out at the Animal Husbandry Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Musi Rawas University, to analyze the quality of nutrition will be tested in the Laboratory of Nutrition and Animal Feed, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jambi University. Each treatment unit was repeated 4 times, so the total number of experimental units was 24 experimental units. The treatment factors are as follows: M0 = Tanpa Mikoriza M1 = 5 gr Mikoriza / polybag M2 = 10 gr Mikoriza / polybag M3 = 15 gr Mikoriza / polybag M4 = 20 gr Mikoriza / polybag M5 = 25 gr Mikoriza / polybag analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), if there is a significant difference between treatments, the Least Significant Difference (BNT) test will be carried out. From the analysis of the growth variance of Indigofera zollingeriana and Mycorrhizal Inoculum on marginal soil as animal feed, it significantly (P&lt;0.05) had a significant effect (P&lt;0.05) on the parameters of plant height, number of petioles, stem diameter, root length and biomass weight. This plant grows wild and is used by communities around the forest to make various handicraft products as a side income. This research aims to analyze Purun's prospects as an NTFP to support the economy of communities around peat swamp forests. There are three research locations, namely Petuk Katimpun Village, Kalampangan Village, and Tumbang Nusa Village. The sampling method was purposive sampling, namely people who were purun craftsmen and lived close to the purun growing area. Data analysis uses SWOT analysis. The research results show that the prospect of Purun as a non-timber forest product (NTFP) to support the economy of communities around peat swamp forests in the three research locations is in a strategic position, namely at the cut-off point (0.569; 0.684), precisely in the first quadrant (I). The alternative strategy used is the SO (Strength and opportunities) strategy, namely utilizing Purun NTFPs; creating markets and promotions; increasing Human Resources (HR) through training and forming Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) groups. DI KOTA PALANGKA RAYA https://e-journal.upr.ac.id/index.php/aev/article/view/12662 <p>Pests and disease are one of the factors that cause yield loss of red chilli. Knowledge of the population dynamics of the main pests and diseases of red chilli can be used as the basis for recommendations for pest and disease control. The research aims to analyze pests and diseases population dynamics on red chilli cultivation, the influence of environmental factors and the influence of population dynamics on red chilli production. This research was conducted in Kereng Bangkirai Village Sebangau District, Kalampangan Village Sebangau District and Tanjung Pinang Village Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City. The research was conducted from December 2022 to March 2023. The research using a quantitative descriptive method. The sample plants used the diagonal plot sampling method, with an area of 4 m x 4 m. Observation were made in the morning once a week from transplanting to harvesting. The result showed that the dynamics of the main pest population of red chilli plants was influenced by the availability of food, the population of red chilli pests was high when the condition of the plant organs (leaves) was still at a young age which was suitable for its feed designation, the dynamics of anthracnose disease was influenced by temperature and humidity; Temperature and humidity do not always have a significant effect on pest and disease population dynamics. The polluted drainage around the Sakan - Mendawai road will have an impact on the water quality of the Kahayan River because it is directly connected to the drainage estuary without prior management. The decline in water quality will of course also have an impact on the quality of the health of the surrounding community who use water from the stream. This research was conducted to determine the quality of domestic wastewater in the drainage flow and how it relates to the water quality of the Kahayan River and the quality of public health around the City of Palangka Raya. The research method was carried out by testing the quality of wastewater and water quality of the Kahayan River. The test parameters consisted of pH, BOD, COD, TSS, Oil-Fat, Ammonia and total Coliform. The test results are compared with the applicable quality standards, and further analysis is carried out. The results showed that the domestic wastewater discharged from the drainage stream could not be channeled directly into the Kahayan River without any management because the BOD, COD, TSS and Ammonia parameters had exceeded the threshold for domestic wastewater quality standards. Bulbil Porang's bulbil dormancy period depends on the season. ZPT (Growth Regulatory Substance) is very important as a trigger for breaking dormancy and stimulating roots. The aim of this study was to analyze the growth response of Porang shoots to the concentration of ZPT Auxin and the immersion time. Research design applied was Factorial RAL with 2 factors, namely Auxin concentration and Porang bulbil immersion time. Auxin concentration consisted of 4 levels, namely control (without Auxin), 100 mg/l water, 300 mg/l water, and 500 mg/l water. The immersion time factor consists of 3 levels, namely control (immersed); 1.5 hours of immersion, and 3 hours of immersion. The results showed that the 1.5 hour auxin ZPT immersion time had a significant effect on all observation parameters, namely shoot time, number of shoots, height and diameter of Porang shoots. The best growth percentage of Porang shoots resulted from the A1L1 interaction (auxin 100 mg/l water: 1.5 hour immersion). The interaction between A2L1 (300 mg/l water auxin: 1.5 hours immersion) and A3L1 (300 mg/l water: 1.5 hours immersion) treatment resulted in the best increase in height and diameter of Porang shoots.</p> Anna Juliarti Sri Rahayu Prastyaningsih Sri Utami Copyright (c) 2023 Agrienvi: Jurnal Ilmu Pertanian http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ 2023-12-31 2023-12-31 17 2 124 136 10.36873/aev.v17i2.8985 PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN SELADA AKUAPONIK DENGAN MEDIA TANAM YANG BERBEDA https://e-journal.upr.ac.id/index.php/aev/article/view/11323 <p>This study aims to determine the effect of aquaponics on the growth and yield of lettuce plants with different planting media. This research was conducted at the Samarinda State Agricultural Polytechnic from July to September 2023. The research was conducted using a completely randomised design with the treatment of planting media consisting of three levels, namely: P1 = Coconut fibre, P2 = Ironwood powder, and P3 = Coconut fibre and Ironwood powder, and each was repeated 3 (three) times. The parameters observed included water pH, water concentration, water temperature, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, and dry weight of lettuce plants. The data obtained were analysed by F-test analysis with a significance level of 5%. If the treatment affects the variables observed, it is continued with the 5% BNJ test.
