Project completion time acceleration can be carried out to gain benefits and avoid penalties due to delays. In this study, acceleration was carried out at the owner's request so that the office building could be put into use immediately. Acceleration was carried out on the planned time schedule, namely on structural work, using the crashing method. This study aims to analyze the fastest time with cost as the main priority in decision making. The data used includes the 2022 AHSP, labor wage lists, RAB, and Planned Time Schedule. Data analysis techniques involved calculating normal productivity, crash duration, crash cost, and cost slope to determine the total cost slope for each alternative. The new total duration analysis was conducted using Microsoft Project, followed by cost analysis. The research results indicate that the alternative of adding labor (2 workers) is a more efficient decision. With this alternative, the total cost is reduced by Rp 52,708,689.48 (2.43%) from the normal project cost to Rp 2,113,903,135.98, and the total duration is reduced by 55 days (31.43%) from the normal duration to 120 days. As a result, the total cost is reduced, enabling the project to be completed more quickly and efficiently.
