Both coarse and fine aggregates in asphalt mixtures actually contain natural fillers, but the amount does not meet the specifications. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of utilizing rubber shell ash and sengon wood ash as additional fillers in HRS-Base (Hot Rolled Sheet-Base) hot mix asphalt. The mixture characteristics were evaluated through Marshall testing to obtain the parameters of stability, flow, VMA, VIM, VFB, and Marshall Quotient. At a filler content of 6%, the mixture with sengon ash produced a stability of 912.582 kg and rubber shell 901.636 kg. The flow values were 3.257 mm and 3.2 mm, respectively. VMA was recorded at 21.436% and 21.316%, while VIM was 4.98% and 4.83%. VFB reached 76.774% and 77.329%, with a Marshall Quotient of 280.330 kg/mm and 282.057 kg/mm. At a content of 7.5%, the stability of the mixture was 905.700 kg for sengon and 912.831 kg for rubber shell, with a flow of 3.130 mm and 3.233 mm. VMA is 21.080% and 21.062%, VIM is 4.55% and 4.53%, and VFB is 78.423% and 78.546%. The Marshall Quotient is 289.440 kg/mm and 283.180 kg/mm, respectively. At a 9% content, stability improved to 934.226 kg (sengon) and 927.094 kg (rubber shell), with volumetric characteristics and Marshall Quotient indicating better performance of the mixture.
