Analisis Manajemen Risiko Pada Proyek Perkerasan Jalan Menggunakan Metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

Road pavement construction projects involve various potential risks that may affect project success, particularly in terms of cost, quality, and time. Therefore, the implementation of risk management is required to identify and control potential risks that may occur. This study aims to identify potential risks, determine risk levels, and formulate risk control measures. The research was conducted on a road pavement project located on Jalan Teuku Cik Ditiro, Bandar Lampung City. Data collection was carried out through field observations, document studies, and questionnaires distributed to 10 respondents involved in the project. The analysis was performed using three FMEA parameters, namely Severity (S), Occurrence (O), and Detection (D), to obtain the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value. The results showed that 43 potential risks were identified, consisting of 12 low-risk categories, 22 moderate-risk categories, 6 high-risk categories, 2 very high-risk categories, and 1 extreme-risk category. Risk control measures were implemented through engineering controls, administrative controls, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). After implementing risk controls, the risk levels decreased, with 13 potential risks categorized as low risk, 28 potential risks categorized as moderate risk, 1 potential risk categorized as high risk, and 1 potential risk categorized as very high risk.
