This research aims to help fulfill the capacity of santri facilities and infrastructure at the Hasyim Asy'ari Bangsri Jepara Islamic boarding school. The building structure calculations were reviewed for dead loads, live loads and earthquake loads using the SAP 2000 program. The structural calculations carried out included roofs, floor plates, beams, columns, stairs, sloofs and foundations. The building planning location is Jl. Jepara-Bangsri No. 9, Krasak Bangsri, District. Bangsri, Kab. Jepara, Central Java 59452. From the structural planning, the roof structure is obtained with 2L steel trusses 50.50.7, floor plate 130 mm ∅ 12-100, beam B1 500x300 mm 10 D19, beam B2 400x250 mm 10 D19, column K1 500x500 mm 18 D19, column K2 400x400 mm 12 D19, ladder plate thickness 150 mm ∅ 12-150, sloof 500x300 mm 9 D19, pile cap foundation 160x160x60 mm, pile D30 cm 6 m long, with concrete quality (f'c) = 30 MPa, reinforcement quality (fy) = 400 MPa and (fy) = 240 MPa. In the city of Palangka Raya there are several intersections equipped with traffic signals that apply LTOR (Left Turn on Red) at the intersection. In this case study using MKJI 1997 and the VISSIM software application to analyze the Degree of Saturation (DS) and Average Delay (T), the intersection reviewed in this case study is the Jl. G. Obos - Jl. M.H. Thamrin and Jl. W.A. Samad. A method is needed to face these challenges. The BIM method is considered superior in terms of effectiveness and efficiency compared to conventional methods. In the PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal dock access road construction package, the planning is still using conventional methods. So that the package is re-planned by implementing BIM. This research aims to redesign the horizontal and vertical alignment planning of roads located in Penajam Paser Utara Regency with the implementation of Building Information Modeling. In the research process, the data analysis technique uses the BIM method which consists of 4 stages, namely modeling of plan traces and profiles, horizontal alignment redesign, vertical alignment redesign, and 3D BIM visualization. This research uses secondary data, namely detailed engineering design drawings and lidar contours. The redesign results obtained 27 Intersect Points and 72 Vertical Intersect Points made road geometric adjustments in order to meet the minimum permitted standards. The construction sector is a significant sector to improve the economy. On the other hand, the construction sector is a major contributor to the negative impact on the environment due to the amount of waste generated. One of the efforts to reduce the negative impact of construction waste is waste management. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of waste management in shophouse construction projects in Palangka Raya City. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to developers and owners who had and were handling shophouse construction projects in Palangka Raya City. This research data uses primary data obtained directly from respondents, then the data is analyzed to obtain the mean value and standard deviation and then ranked. In the implementation of a construction project always requires resources, namely human resources, materials, machinery, money and methods. Human resources are one of the most influential factors in a job, including in a construction job. The success of the construction project as a whole depends on the success of each job in the project, while one of the factors that affect the success of a job is its work productivity. The labor of foremen, head builders and fitters are the front line that is directly related to the production process. Good labor productivity is very much needed for the success of construction projects. Lack of attention to labor productivity in a construction project can hamper the construction work itself. This article aims to determine the factors that affect labor productivity in construction projects. The method used is a literature study on factors affecting labor productivity in construction projects, by comparing several related journals. Waste material in construction projects can result in material waste in construction project work. Therefore, it is necessary to identify materials that have the potential to cause waste material. This research aims to identify consumable materials in architectural work and the upper structure used which has a percentage of around (20%) which has value or has an impact of around (80%) on the construction of the Integrated Lecture Building B project at Palangka Raya University, Central Borneo. In this research, materials were identified in architectural work and upper structures that have the potential to cause material waste using the Pareto method (Pareto's law). The results of this research show the identification and grouping of material types that have the greatest rupiah value (80%) compared to other types of material and are materials that have the potential to cause material waste. The results obtained were 2 materials for upper structural work and 14 materials for architectural work. Accumulatively, the weight percentage required for the 2 materials in the upper structure work in this project is 72.25% compared to other types of upper structure materials. A project is a method that combines a series of temporary activities with a starting and ending point. In construction service companies, a common problem that often occurs is human resource management. Human resource planning methods that are not optimal and their allocation is uneven can hamper project completion. This article aims to analyze the allocation of labor, especially in the school construction project on Jalan Kecipir. The research was carried out for 3 three months, from December 2023 – February 2024. The required data was collected by conducting literature studies and requesting data from related parties. The data analysis technique used is the Resource Leveling method using Microsoft Project Software. The results show that the allocation of labor in the school building construction project on Jalan Kecipir is uneven and experiencing overall allocation (excess allocation). There are several types of workers whose labor requirements exceed the limit of labor availability, including workers, foremen, bricklayers, head carpenters, carpenters and ironworkers. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an example of technological advances in the construction field that help projects to be completed effectively and efficiently. Project planning for flood control works on the Sanggai River in Bumi Harapan Village was carried out to prevent flooding. Bumi Harapan Village, located in Sepaku Sub-district, Penajam Paser Utara District, East Kalimantan, is the planned capital city of the "Archipelago" (IKN). The BIM method can be used for simple construction work, such as typical bridge construction, and is not limited to building construction. The purpose of this paper is to design a 3D standard bridge model using the Building Information Modeling method, which will be carried out using the Autodesk Revit program.
