In facing these challenges, planners need an innovation, namely by using the BIM method. The use of BIM was chosen because of its ability to integrate modeling, and can overcome the problem of lack of detail at the design stage that often occurs in the construction industry. The selection of a combination of Tekla Structures and Archicad 27 software optimizes the design process. With Tekla Structures for structural modeling to reinforcement and Archicad focusing on architectural modeling. The purpose of this research is to design 3D structural, architectural, and MEP models of type 45 houses using the Building Information Modeling method, which will be carried out using Tekla Structures Educational Version and Archicad 27 Educational Version software. This research uses secondary data in the form of DED data for type 45 houses obtained from planning consultants, type 45 houses are located on Jalan Untung Suropati, Palangka Raya. The data analysis technique using the BIM method consists of 3 stages, namely modeling the building structure and reinforcement using Tekla Structures software, architectural modeling using Archicad 27, and MEP modeling using Archicad 27. The results showed that this research produced a 3D design of structural, architectural, and MEP models for type 45 houses using the BIM method
Kesa Endri Kisworo Apria Brita Pandohop Gawei Copyright (c) 2025 Basement : Jurnal Teknik Sipil 2025-02-28 2025-02-28 3 1 10 17 10.36873/basement.v3i1.19394 Penerapan Building Information Modelling Pada Perancangan Struktur 3D Gedung Kantor BWS Kalimantan II Palangka Raya https://e-journal.upr.ac.id/index.php/basement/article/view/19448
Advances in construction technology are a challenge for construction service providers, especially in complex building projects. The use of digital technology innovations such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) which plays a role in the integration of information management to increase efficiency and effectiveness in every construction process. The rehabilitation of the Balai Wilayah Sungai Kalimantan II Palangka Raya office building was planned using traditional methods. So that the package is re-planned by applying BIM. This research aims to apply BIM to the structural design of office buildings located on Jalan Tjilik Riwut km 3.5 Palangka Raya city. The data analysis technique for applying BIM starts with knowing the existing building and the planned building, making grid and level modelling, then starting to make 3D modelling of the building structure according to secondary data in the form of Detail Engineering Design (DED). The results showed that the BIM method with Autodesk Revit Software can facilitate the design of the 3D model of the BWS Kalimantan II Office Building Structure because the 2D, 3D models and information data are well integrated.
Maryam Maryam Apria Brita Pandohop Gawei Copyright (c) 2025 Basement : Jurnal Teknik Sipil 2025-02-28 2025-02-28 3 1 18 25 10.36873/basement.v3i1.19448 Kinerja Yang Dihasilkan Dari Efek Pluntiran Pada Turbin Hidrokinetik Savonius Tornado Tanpa End Plate https://e-journal.upr.ac.id/index.php/basement/article/view/19581
Savonius Tornado Hydrokinetic Turbine has an optimal capture area, but is less able to transmit the thrust of water kinetic energy into electrical energy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Savonius Tornado Hydrokinetic Turbine twisted without an end plate. The experimental method was carried out on the flume channel to compare the performance between the Conventional Savonius Hydrokinetic Turbine and the Savonius Tornado Turbine without an end plate by twisting the turbine blades 1/2D, 1/3D, 4/4D, where D is the width of the turbine end plate. This test will obtain the Coefficient of power (Cp), RPM, torque (τ) and TSR as parameters to see the turbine performance. This experimental study used a flow velocity (v) between 0.322 m/s - 0.507 m/s. The results of the study indicate that the Conventional Savonius Turbine produces a torque value of 0.040 Nm - 0.095 Nm, the 1/2D Savonius Tornado turbine without a twisted end plate produces a torque value of 0.051 Nm - 0.194 Nm, the 3/4D Savonius Tornado turbine without a twisted end plate produces a torque value of 0.049 Nm - 0.155 Nm, and the 4/4D Savonius Tornado turbine without a twisted end plate produces a torque value of 0.044 Nm - 0.168 Nm.
