EEJ was first published in 2019, and is regularly published twice a year in March and October. EEJ is accredited by the <strong>Arjuna - Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Republic of Indonesia with a Sinta 5 ranked from 2019 to 2026 based on Decree No: 164/E/KPT/2021</strong>. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data sources were the Principal, Vice Principal and Grade 6 students. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and study of document. Data analysis uses an interactive data model, including: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data in this study using triangulation and member check. The research method used was a quantitative approach, with the research subject being class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Kapuas Barat Kapuas Regency in the 2023⁄2024 academic year totaling 76 students. The data in the study were collected using a questionnaire technique, then analyzed using a simple linear regression formula. The results showed that the simple linear regression equation of Y = a + bX was Y = 16.693 + 0.700X. The constant value (a) is 16.693. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, t <sub>count</sub> 8.329&gt; t <sub>table</sub> 1.992 was obtained, so that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation study. Data analysis went through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Source triangulation was conducted to validate the data. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Through purposive sampling technique, the data sources in this study were determined, including: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Members of the cooperative. Data were collected through observation, interview, and study of document techniques. Data analysis used an interactive data model. Data validation using triangulation and member check techniques. The results showed that good management of KPN "Sejahtera" plays an important role in achieving cooperative goals, which not only improves the welfare of its members but also strengthens solidarity and social cohesion among its members. The research method used to write this article is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. for the development of high school schools in Rembang Regency. Of course, now that we are entering the era of the industrial revolution, the quality of schools must be improved with ideal leadership. Leadership of the industrial revolution 4.0. Leaders who follow technological developments must have the skills to influence, encourage, guide, direct and mobilize other people involved in organizing and developing education and teaching in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In other words, the success of a school in achieving its goals really depends on the leadership of the school principal who is able to use all the resources the school has effectively and efficiently.
