Abstract

This study evaluates visitors’ perceptions of Lembah Durian Farm Stable as a nature-based and educational tourism destination in Kemiling, Bandar Lampung. It examines five destination components: attractions, accessibility, facilities, amenities, and services. A descriptive survey design was employed involving 30 visitors selected through quota sampling during 15–29 March 2025. Data were collected through direct observation and a structured closed-ended questionnaire, then analyzed descriptively to identify dominant response patterns. The findings show that visitors generally perceived all five components positively. Natural scenery, durian-based educational activities, horse interactions, and photographic spots constituted the destination’s principal attractions. Accessibility was considered adequate, although physical directional signs require improvement. Facilities, amenities, and staff services supported visitor comfort, but cleanliness, maintenance, lighting, activity information, and digital guidance remain areas for development. These results indicate that Lembah Durian Farm Stable has considerable potential as an agritourism destination. Management should strengthen experiential attractions, maintenance, wayfinding systems, digital information, and distinctive amenities to encourage satisfaction and repeat visitation
