This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Integrated Sub-district Administrative Services (PATEN) policy at Taktakan Sub-district, Serang City. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving PATEN service officers. Drawing on George C. Edward III's implementation theory, findings indicate that PATEN implementation has been running adequately across four variables: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Supporting factors include clear SOPs and digital information systems, while limiting factors include insufficient staffing during peak demand and occasional internet network disruptions affecting service efficiency.
