Dampak Pelaksanaan Program Sosial Desa terhadap Penanaman Nilai Karakter Peduli Sosial dan Peduli Lingkungan pada Remaja di Desa Bekut Kabupaten Sambas

This research aims to find out and describe how to instill the character values of social care and environmental care in teenagers in Bekut Village, Sambas Regency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources in this research are Village Heads, Community Figures, and Adolescents aged 18-24 years. Data was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the impact of the implementation of village social programs on instilling the character values of social care and environmental care in teenagers in Bekut Village, Sambas Regency on the implementation of the character values of social care and environmental care in teenagers has a positive impact among teenagers by increasing awareness and involvement of teenagers in social and environmental activities such as mutual cooperation, fundraising, open donations, socialization, packing basic food items to be distributed to the community, as well as relations between culture and religion which are quite peaceful, such as celebrating Christmas together, capgomeh, torchlight parades, mtq in Bekut village. Even though the program is being implemented, this activity has challenges related to adolescent character values so it needs support from parents, the community and the government to optimize its positive impact. The impact of implementing this program in Bekut Village has had a positive impact on the implementation of social and environmental caring character values among teenagers, by increasing their awareness of social and environmental activities such as mutual cooperation, waste management and reforestation. However, supervision from parents, community leaders and local government is needed to ensure that the content consumed by teenagers remains productive and educational.
