Peer Review Process

PEER REVIEW PROCESS In the review process, the Lex Scientia Law Journal involves writers, editors, , and reviewers. Where in the review process, Lex Scientia Law Journal applies the employs a Blind Review model to maintain confidentiality. Each submitted manuscript is first checked first by an editor. If the article meets with the journal's focus and, scope, and the Lex Scientia Law Journal writing guidelines, then the document is continued sent to the reviewer to review the content and novelty of the manuscript. If it does not meet these criteria, the manuscript will be returned to the author. A minimum of  one reviewers  will review each document fover approximately 1-2 weeks with the criteria for assessing the manuscript as stat one to two weeks, using the criteria outlined in the Article Assessment Form for Reviewers. Articles that have been submitted to the journal typically take an average of about eight to twelve weeks  to  publish.
