Community service is a tangible manifestation of the contribution of independent KKN-T students in 2022, Palangka Raya University, Beringin Tunggal Jaya Village in realizing the tri dharma pillar of higher education which is expected to be a bridge between the community and students in establishing friendship in social life. BUMDes is a business managed by the village government and a legal entity regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014. Crispy bananas and kalakai chips are innovations from students in developing village-owned businesses through bananas and kalakai. The implementation method used is through the socialization of making crispy bananas and kalakai chips to PKK mothers. This writing aims to determine the development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) by processing banana chips and Kalakai chips into frequently consumed food. The conclusion of the writing shows that there is potential to develop Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) by processing bananas and kalakai into crispy bananas and kalakai chips
