PEER REVIEW PROCESS

  • All manuscripts received are subject to (blind) peer review process by competent reviewers in the relevant field (and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence).
  • Manuscripts are reviewed blind name
  • The selection of competent reviewers is part of editorial policies. Reviewers include researchers, practitioners, and academicians, in the fields of communications and informatics
  • Each submitted manuscript will go through a peer-review process by 2 editors and 1 reviewer with the following stages:
  • The editor performs an administrative assessment of the submitted manuscript. Manuscript that do not pass the assessment will be returned to the authors with editor's note (rejected or revision). Editor continues the manuscripts that passed the technical and administrative assessment for the blind review process.
  • Section editor performs a technical assessment of the manuscript that has been revised by author. The manuscript that passes the technical assessment will be reviewed by the reviewer.
  • Reviewer review the script and make recommendation
  • Editor submits the results of the assessment and recommendation to the author along with the deadline for revision.
  • Editor will send a ready-to-publish copy to the author before it is issued for approval and can not be withdrawn.
