COMPETENCY IMPROVEMENT EFFORTS STUDENTS OF SMKN 1 PULANG PISAU WITH AUTOCAD LEARNING ASSISTANCE

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge and skills about technological developments in software engineering design in the field of engineering drawing design. Through this activity, it is expected that SMKN 1 Pulang Pisau students can know, and practice directly using Autocad applications in drawing and can improve students abilities, understand technological developments, and can apply them in making drawings of building components in two-dimensional form using the Autocad application. The service targets students majoring in Construction and Property Business (BKP) at SMKN1 Pulang Pisau. The problem that occurs is that students still use the manual method in drawing techniques, and students are not familiar with the Autocad application. Implementation is carried out with assistance in the form of Autocad learning training using presentation, practice, and discussion methods, as well as providing modules to students, with the hope that students will understand and be able to practice using Autocad applications to draw independently
