The scheduling process of learning activities at Bimbingan Belajar Anak Hebat Megaluh 7059 was previously conducted manually, which led to potential schedule conflicts, uneven distribution of teaching assignments among tutors, and difficulties for parents in adjusting their children’s study time. This research develops a web-based automatic scheduling system by implementing a genetic algorithm to generate structured and efficient learning schedules. The system is designed by considering tutor availability, learning time preferences, and tutor teaching confirmation. The system development method uses the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The testing results indicate that the system is capable of generating schedules automatically, minimizing tutor schedule conflicts, and supporting a more balanced distribution of teaching assignments. In addition, the system provides reminder notification features via WhatsApp for tutors and parents to support punctuality in learning activities. The implementation of this system improves scheduling management efficiency and supports the smooth operation of Bimbingan Belajar Anak Hebat Megaluh.
