PENGEMBANGAN DASHBOARD BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SEBAGAI ALAT MONITORING PENJUALAN DAN KONSTRUKSI UNIT PERUMAHAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE INCREMENTAL

Citrayasa Residence currently faces challenges in managing sales data and monitoring construction progress, which are still handled conventionally. This condition causes a lack of data transparency and delays in decision-making processes by management. This research aims to develop a web-based information system that integrates sales management, construction monitoring, and information presentation through a Business Intelligence Dashboard. The system development applies the Incremental method, which divides the development process into several module iterations, allowing for more flexible evaluation and software release. The system is built using a decoupled architecture utilizing the Next.js framework as the frontend, Laravel as the backend, and MySQL as the database. The system testing phase involves the Black Box Testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning technique to validate input functionality, as well as User Acceptance Testing to measure the level of end-user acceptance. The research results indicate that the system was successfully implemented in each iteration and runs without basic logic errors. Feasibility evaluation confirms that the system is well-received by users and effectively assists management in descriptively monitoring sales performance and construction progress through the Business Intelligence Dashboard.
