The use of information technology in schools continues to increase as an effort to support the learning process, administration, and provision of more effective educational services. However, evaluation of information technology governance, particularly related to the quality of learning services in secondary schools, is still limited so that the level of implementation maturity and the gap between current conditions and expected conditions are not widely known. This study aims to evaluate the level of maturity of information technology governance at SMAN-1 Kuala Kapuas using the COBIT 4.1 framework in the Deliver and Support (DS) domain, analyze the maturity level gap, and develop recommendations for improvement. The study used a quantitative approach involving 40 respondents consisting of teachers and grade XII students. Data were collected through a questionnaire based on 13 processes of the DS domain of COBIT 4.1, then analyzed using a Likert scale, maturity level calculation, and gap analysis. The results showed the level of achievement of information technology governance implementation was 74.54% with an average maturity level of 3.85 or at Level 4 (Managed and Measurable). Eleven of the 13 processes have reached Level 4, while DS2 and DS5 remain at Level 3 and are priorities for improvement. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the maturity level of information technology governance in secondary schools and strategic recommendations for sustainably improving the quality of information technology-based learning services.
