Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of education level, management competency, and utilization of Financial Technology on the financial performance of CU Betang Asi Cooperative.

The researchers used a quantitative approach using secondary data which available at CU Betang Asi Cooperative database. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression using EViews 13 software.

The test results found that education level and management competency had no significant and positive effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, the variable of utilization of Financial Technology showed a significant and positive effect on financial performance.

The theoretical implications of this study are that the results support the concept that the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) impacts operational efficiency and effectiveness, thereby influencing financial performance. Practical implications of this research include increasing the utilization of Financial Technology, reorienting management training with a focus on digital literacy, and assessing the effectiveness of manager performance in terms of adaptability to innovation and technology.
