Red lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a type of vegetable plant whose leaves are consumed, increasingly in demand and favored by the community, because it has nutritional content such as macronutrients, minerals, bioactive compounds or antioxidants, and phenolic compounds. The need is increasing so it needs to be developed, one of which is in peat soil. The constraints faced in peat soil are poor nutrients, to overcome this include the provision of organic fertilizers, namely vermicompost and rice washing water. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best results and quality of red lettuce results in the provision of organic vermicompost and rice washing water. The design used was a Factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of two factors, namely Vermicompost Fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely K0 = Control (without vermicompost), K1 = Vermicompost 20 tons / ha, K2 = Vermicompost 30 tons / ha, K3 = Vermicompost 40 tons / ha. Rice washing water consists of 3 levels, namely B0 = Control (without rice washing water), B1 = Rice washing water without fermentation (100 ml/polybag), B2 = Rice washing water fermented overnight (100 ml/polybag. The variables observed were plant wet weight, plant dry weight, root crown ratio, antioxidant content, leaf chlorophyll content observed at harvest time. Data analysis used was analysis of variance (F Test) at 5% and 1% levels, then further tested with the DMRT test at 5% level. The results showed that there was no interaction between vermicompost fertilizer and rice washing water on all variables. Vermicompost fertilizer dose of 40 tons/ha gave the best results on plant wet weight, plant dry weight and root crown ratio. The antioxidant content at various doses of vermicompost fertilizer was "strong" with a range of IC 50 values = 50 – 100 and the chlorophyll content of lettuce leaves in the treatment of vermicompost fertilizer dose of 30 tons/ha and unfermented rice washing water was 34.31 mg/100 g.
