Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Mediator Variabel Hubungan Antara Komitmen Organisasional dan Kinerja Polisi

(Studi Pada Penyidik Reserse dan Kriminal Khusus Kepolisian Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran OCB sebagai pemediasi hubungan antara komitmen organisasional dan kinerja polisi pada Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal Khusus Polda Nusa Tenggara Timur. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis jalur digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan. Analisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.30. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja penyidik, 2) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyidik; 3) OCB berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dan; 4) OCB memediasi hubungan antara komitmen organisasional dan kinerja penyidik secara positif dan signifikan.
