The implementation of the Special Education School (SLB) revitalization project involves various stakeholders as well as on-site conditions that can affect the progress of the work. This study aims to analyze the success factors of the SLB revitalization project in Central Kalimantan Province based on project implementation reports. The data consisted of Periodic Report I for July–August 2025 and Periodic Report II for September–October 2025. Data were analyzed using NVivo 12 through the Word Frequency Query feature to identify dominant words and themes in the reports. The Word Cloud analysis showed that coordination was the most dominant term, followed by communication, acceleration, supervision, monitoring, management, implementation, control, progress, materials, and planning. Based on the analysis and contextual review of the reports, the supporting factors for project success included coordination and communication, supervision and monitoring, progress control, work acceleration, management and planning, and the management of materials and workforce. The findings indicate that project success is not only related to physical work completion but also depends on effective coordination, progress monitoring and control, and the ability to respond to problems during project implementation.
