Blind Peer-review Process

To ensure the quality of this journal, we use a blind peer-review process, and every effort should be made to prevent the identities of authors and review partners from becoming known to each other. This process involves the authors, editors, and reviewers (who upload documents as part of their review). The process is carried out in the following steps:
1. The editor for review will accept submitted manuscripts.
2. Manuscripts will be sent to review by the editor with the author's name removed.
3. the reviewer sends back the manuscript with notes which the editor will forward to the author.
4. the author can make revisions according to the note from the reviewer, and it will be scanned again by the editor to ensure the manuscript is before publish.
