Peer Review Process

JTEKPEND (Jurnal Teknologi Pendidikan) applies a peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of submitted manuscripts.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance to the journal's focus and scope, compliance with the author guidelines, and basic academic quality.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are evaluated by two qualified reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject of the manuscript. Reviewers assess the originality, significance, methodological quality, clarity of presentation, relevance to educational technology, and accuracy of the references.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the editorial assessment, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in response to the reviewers' comments. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

The peer review process aims to ensure fairness, objectivity, confidentiality, and academic integrity. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive, evidence-based feedback and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
