ANALISIS USAHATANI JAMUR TIRAM PUTIH (Pleurotus Ostreatus) DI KELURAHAN PANARUNG KECAMATAN PAHANDUT KOTA PALANGKA RAYA (Studi Kasus: Jamur Tiram Elite)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Mengetahui gambaran Usahatani Jamur Tiram Elite di Kelurahan Panarung, Kecamatan Pahandut, Kota Palangka Raya; 2). Menganalisis aspek biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan tingkat kelayakan pada Usahatani Jamur Tiram Elite di Kelurahan Panarung, Kecamatan Pahandut, Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Usahatani Bapak Muntari dimulai sejak tahun 2005 dengan luas kumbung 4x6 meter. Ada tiga produksi yang dilakukan Bapak Muntari yaitu Jamur Tiram Putih, bibit F2 Jamur Tiram Putih dan media tanam atau baglog Jamur Tiram Putih. Dengan jumlah produksi Jamur Tiram Putih sebanyak 1.500 kg, bibit F2 Jamur Tiram Putih 100 botol untuk digunakan sendiri dan 50 botol untuk dijual. Media tanam atau baglog sebanyak 5000 untuk digunakan dan 4.000 log untuk dijual. Usahatani Jamur Tiram Elite pada produk Jamur Tiram Putih selama 1 periode menghasilkan 1.500 kg dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 37.500.000 dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 16.108.658 yang memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 21.391.342 dalam waktu 4 bulan. Kemudian, Usahatani Bibit F2 Jamur Tiram Putih menghasilkan 50 botol yang diproduksi sekali dalam sebulan dengan penerimaan Rp. 1.000.000 mengeluarkan total biaya sebesar Rp. 593.147 maka pendapatan sebesar Rp. 406.853. Adapun Usahatani Media Tanam atau Baglog Jamur Tiram Putih menghasilkan 4.000 log selama sebulan dengan penerimaan Rp. 20.000.000 dan total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 8.146.620 memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 11.853.380. Dengan demikian diperoleh nilai R/C Ratio (revenue cost ratio) yaitu pada Jamur Tiram Putih sebesar 2,32%, pada Bibit F2 Jamur Tiram Putih sebesar 1,68% dan pada Media Tanam atau Baglog Jamur Tiram Putih sebesar 2,45% yang menunjukkan bahwa R/C Ratio >1 berarti Usahatani Jamur Tiram Elite Bapak Muntari secara keseluruhan pada produk yang dihasilkan layak untuk dikembangkan atau layak diusahakan.

This study aims to: 1). Knowing the Description of Elite Oyster Mushroom Farming in Panarung, Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City; 2). Analysis of total cost, total revenue and income, revenue cost ratio in Elite Oyster Mushroom Farming in Panarung, Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City. Mr. Muntari's farming started in 2005 with an area of 4x6 meters. There are three productions carried out by Mr. Muntari, White Oyster Mushrooms, White Oyster Mushroom F2 seed and planting media or baglog White Oyster Mushroom. With a total production of 1.500 Kilograms of White Oyster Mushrooms, 100 bottles of White Oyster Mushroom F2 seeds for ownuse and 50 bottles for sale. 5000 planting media or baglog for use and 4.000 logs for sale. Elite Oyster Mushroom farming on White Oyster Mushroom products for 1 period produced 1.500 kg with an income of Rp. 37.500.000 with a total cost of Rp. 16.108.658 who earned an income of Rp. 21.391.342 with in 4 months. Then, the White Oyster Mushroom F2 Seeds Farming produces 50 bottles which are produced once a month with an income of Rp. 1.000.000 spent a total cost of Rp. 593.147 then the income is Rp. 406.853. The Planting Media Farming or White Oyster Mushroom Baglog produces 4.000 logs for a month with an income of Rp. 20.000.000 and the total cost of Rp. 8.146.620 earned an income of Rp. 11.853.380. Then, the value of the R/C Ratio (revenue cost ratio) is 2.32% for White Oyster Mushrooms, 1.68% for White Oyster Mushroom F2 Seeds and 2.45% for Planting Media or White Oyster Mushroom Baglog. Shows that the R/C Ratio >1 means that Mr. Muntari's Elite Oyster Mushroom Farming as a whole on the resulting product is feasible to be developed or feasible to be cultivated.
