Relationship of X-RAY Images of Thorax Bronchopneumonia with Leucosytosis in Intensive Care Unit Patients in RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdul Madjid Bekasi City

Abstrak

Bronkopneumonia merupakan gambaran pneumonia yang paling umum ditemukan terutama di ICU (intensive care unit). Bronkopneumonia terjadi akibat adanya interaksi antara infeksi dengan imunitas seluler yang menyebabkan konsolidasi peribronkial. Proses ini dapat mengakibatkan leukositosis pada pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan metode cross sectional yang dilakukan di RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdulmajid, Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat dengan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien periode 1 November 2021 – 19 Desember 2021. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode total sampling dari pasien yang dirawat di ICU Cattleya. Variabel yang diambil adalah usia, jenis kelamin, diagnosis yang mendasari perawatan, hasil X-ray thoraks, dan nilai leukosit pada pasien. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 101 pasien dengan karakteristik demografis terbanyak adalah pria sebesar 49,5%, kelompok 18-64 tahun sebesar 68,3%, dan diagnosis yang mendasari perawatan ICU cerebrovascular disease sebesar 24,8%. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi-square didapatkan tidak adanya hubungan antara bronkopneumonia dengan leukositosis (p=0,172; p>0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan gambaran X-ray thoraks bronkopneumonia dengan leukositosis pada pasien ICU.
