Education is the main pillar in nation building, and in the context of PGAUD, the quality of teachers is very determining. The SIUUL model, based on the principles of human nature philosophy and Islamic teachings, provides a learner-centered learning approach. Developing microteaching skills is crucial in preparing prospective teachers.This research aims to describe the implementation of the SIUUL Model in developing Microteaching abilities in the Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program (PGAUD) at Panca Sakti University Bekasi.The research used qualitative methods with observation techniques and literature study at Panca Sakti University Bekasi. The focus of the research is the implementation of SIUUL in developing Microteaching. The research results show that the SIUUL (Listen-Speak-Repeat) model has good potential for developing Microteaching in the PGAUD Study Program at Panca Sakti University Bekasi. By integrating the SIUUL Model, the Microteaching learning process can become more systematic, effective, and oriented towards developing teaching skills.
