Plagiarsm Screening

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software before being sent for peer review.

JMSO applies the following thresholds:

• Similarity index above 20% (excluding references) may result in rejection or mandatory revision
• Direct copying, self-plagiarism, or unattributed paraphrasing is strictly prohibited

Manuscripts found to violate plagiarism standards will be rejected without further review.
