Peran Konselor dalam Membangun Dinamika Kelompok pada Psikoedukasi Digital: A Systematic Literature Review

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling, khususnya dalam pelaksanaan psikoedukasi berbasis kelompok secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran konselor dalam membangun dinamika kelompok pada psikoedukasi digital melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data diperoleh dari artikel ilmiah pada basis data bereputasi, seperti Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, PubMed, Scopus, dan ProQuest, dalam rentang tahun 2015–2025. Sebanyak 12 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis untuk mengidentifikasi pola peran konselor, dinamika kelompok digital, serta strategi pengelolaan interaksi kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan dinamika kelompok dalam psikoedukasi digital dipengaruhi oleh keterhubungan antara komunikasi yang efektif, kohesi kelompok, kepemimpinan konselor, dan dukungan teknologi digital. Komunikasi yang adaptif dan partisipatif berperan dalam membangun kohesi kelompok, sementara kompetensi digital konselor menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga keterlibatan anggota dan efektivitas interaksi kelompok. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi yang tepat terbukti mampu memperluas akses layanan sekaligus menciptakan interaksi kelompok yang lebih fleksibel dan inklusif. Dengan demikian, dinamika kelompok pada psikoedukasi digital tidak hanya ditentukan oleh media teknologi yang digunakan, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan konselor dalam mengelola proses interaksi, hubungan interpersonal, dan keterlibatan anggota kelompok secara daring.
