Kontribusi Peer Attachment terhadap Dinamika Kelompok dalam Layanan Psikoedukasi: Studi Tinjauan Pustaka

Individu akan mengalami fase transisi pada usia remaja, di mana figur teman sebaya mulai menggantikan ataupun berdampingan dengan peran orang tua sebagai sumber dukungan emosional utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran kelekatan teman sebaya terhadap dinamika kelompok dalam layanan psikoedukasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan menelaah artikel penelitian dari database Google Scholar, Springer, Wiley, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, dan Frontiers dalam rentang tahun 2021–2025. Melalui kriteria inklusi yang ketat terhadap topik peer attachment dan psikoedukasi, terpilih sebelas artikel utama untuk dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu delapan artikel terkait peer attachment dan tiga artikel mengenai psikoedukasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kepercayaan (trust), komunikasi yang responsif, serta rendahnya tingkat keterasingan (alienation) dapat menjadi fondasi keamanan psikologis yang krusial dalam menggerakkan dinamika kelompok. Peer attachment yang aman berfungsi sebagai fondasi keamanan psikologis yang memicu keterbukaan diri dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam kelompok. Selain itu, peer attachment yang positif dapat berperan sebagai mekanisme pelindung (buffering effect) terhadap riwayat traumatik pada remaja, sehingga mampu meningkatkan resiliensi dan regulasi emosi peserta. Integrasi kelekatan yang sehat dalam psikoedukasi terbukti mampu menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung kesejahteraan mental secara berkelanjutan.
