Peran Kohesivitas Kelompok dalam Keberhasilan Kerja Kelompok Mahasiswa: Sebuah Tinjauan Naratif

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kohesivitas kelompok dalam mendukung keberhasilan kerja kelompok mahasiswa melalui pendekatan narrative review. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kerja kelompok dalam pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi yang tidak hanya menuntut kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga keterampilan sosial, komunikasi, tanggung jawab, dan kolaborasi. Namun, dalam praktiknya, kerja kelompok mahasiswa masih sering menghadapi permasalahan berupa ketidakseimbangan kontribusi antaranggota, rendahnya partisipasi, serta munculnya perilaku social loafing. Data dalam kajian ini diperoleh melalui penelusuran artikel ilmiah yang relevan pada ScienceDirect, SINTA, Google Scholar, dan SAGE Journals. Dari 28 artikel yang ditemukan, sebanyak 13 artikel dipilih sebagai sumber utama kajian berdasarkan kesesuaian topik, ketersediaan teks lengkap, dan relevansi dengan konteks kerja kelompok mahasiswa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kohesivitas kelompok berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi, kerja sama, partisipasi, tanggung jawab, dan motivasi berprestasi anggota kelompok. Selain itu, kohesivitas kelompok juga berperan dalam menekan kecenderungan social loafing karena anggota merasa memiliki keterikatan, tanggung jawab, dan komitmen terhadap tujuan kelompok. Kohesivitas kelompok dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti social presence, intensitas interaksi, komunikasi interpersonal, komitmen anggota, dan dukungan lingkungan kelompok. Dengan demikian, kohesivitas kelompok merupakan aspek penting dalam menciptakan kerja kelompok mahasiswa yang efektif, produktif, dan optimal.
