Konseling Kelompok di Ruang Virtual: Inovasi, Etika, dan Tantangan Profesional

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mentransformasi praktik bimbingan dan konseling ke ruang virtual, sehingga menuntut konselor untuk beradaptasi dalam pelaksanaan layanan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika konseling kelompok di ruang virtual dengan menyoroti inovasi teknologi, dinamika interaksi, isu etika, dan tantangan profesional konselor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menelaah 21 artikel ilmiah dari database Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan SpringerLink yang diterbitkan dalam rentang tahun 2018–2026. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan platform digital seperti Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, dan teknologi berbasis virtual reality dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas, dan jangkauan layanan konseling kelompok. Namun, konseling kelompok virtual juga menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan komunikasi nonverbal, potensi kelelahan digital, kendala teknis, serta risiko etika terkait kerahasiaan data dan privasi konseli. Selain itu, konselor dituntut memiliki kompetensi digital, kemampuan adaptasi teknologi, serta pemahaman etika profesional dalam mengelola dinamika kelompok secara daring. Dengan demikian, konseling kelompok virtual tidak hanya memindahkan layanan tatap muka ke ruang digital, tetapi juga menuntut integrasi keterampilan konseling, pengelolaan interaksi kelompok, dan penggunaan teknologi secara profesional.
