Peer Review Process

Peer Review Process

Process 1) JIED implements a double-blind peer-review process in which both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the evaluation.
2) Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial screening by the editorial board to ensure alignment with the journal’s scope, formatting, and ethical standards.
3) Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least one independent experts in the relevant field.
4) Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, scientific rigor, theoretical and methodological soundness, contribution to knowledge, and clarity of presentation.
5) Editorial decisions—acceptance, revision, or rejection—are made after receiving reviewers’ recommendations.
6) The average review period is approximately 2–8 weeks, and authors must submit revisions within the timeframe specified by the editor.
7) To ensure academic integrity, all manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using standard detection tools prior to the review process.
