Penguatan Kompetensi Mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling melalui Program Online Sit-In Internasional

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi program online sit-in internasional terhadap penguatan kompetensi mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling, khususnya kompetensi profesional, kompetensi multikultural, dan keterlibatan akademik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain analisis dokumen yang didukung data kuantitatif deskriptif sederhana. Sumber data meliputi laporan kegiatan, dokumentasi program, materi Mentimeter, data partisipasi Kahoot, dan dokumen pelaksanaan A Week Online Sit-In at Guidance and Counseling Study Program tahun 2024. Data dianalisis melalui inventarisasi dokumen, reduksi data, kategorisasi tematik, dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program online sit-in memberikan paparan awal terhadap praktik dan etika profesi konselor, memperluas wawasan multikultural melalui interaksi lintas negara, serta mendorong keterlibatan akademik melalui penggunaan Kahoot dan Mentimeter. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa online sit-in dapat menjadi strategi mikro-internasionalisasi pembelajaran BK yang fleksibel, partisipatif, dan relevan dengan pendidikan konselor di era digital. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan desain campuran atau pengukuran pra-pasca untuk menilai dampak program secara lebih terukur.
