Abstract

Korupsi yang mengakar di Indonesia menuntut pendekatan pencegahan dari hulu melalui pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar, tetapi implementasinya kerap terjebak pada hafalan kognitif dan terbentur hipokrisi keteladanan lingkungan. Tujuan: Studi ini bertujuan memetakan, menyintesis, dan menganalisis secara kritis literatur mutakhir mengenai internalisasi nilai antikorupsi berbasis karakter di pendidikan dasar, serta merumuskan kerangka konseptual yang lebih holistik. Metode: Penelitian menerapkan tinjauan pustaka kualitatif sistematis berpedoman pada PRISMA 2020, dengan analisis tematik enam fase terhadap 30 artikel bereputasi terbitan 2016–2026 yang telah lolos penilaian mutu MMAT. Hasil: Internalisasi beroperasi melalui tiga tema utama, yaitu integrasi kurikulum, habituasi dan keteladanan guru, serta inovasi media digital yang dipadukan dengan kearifan lokal. Secara teoretis, kerangka pendidikan karakter Lickona mendominasi perancangan desain instruksional, sedangkan Teori Pembelajaran Sosial Bandura lebih presisi menjelaskan kegagalan praktik akibat defisit keteladanan. Ditemukan pula tiga celah, yakni marjinalisasi nilai kesederhanaan, dominasi asesmen kognitif, dan lemahnya integrasi ekosistem sekolah, keluarga, dan komunitas. Kebaruan: Sebagai sintesis konseptual, kajian ini merumuskan "Model Ekosistem Integritas Tripusat" yang memadukan teori Bandura dan Lickona, disertai reorientasi poros nilai pada kesederhanaan sebagai penangkal keserakahan serta gagasan asesmen perilaku lintas ruang; model ini diposisikan sebagai kerangka kerja yang menuntut kesiapan ekosistem, bukan resep instan. Riset lanjutan: Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk menguji model ini secara empiris, mengembangkan instrumen asesmen perilaku lintas ruang yang sahih, serta menelaah prasyarat keberhasilan implementasinya pada konteks sekolah yang beragam.
